Development Policy Specialist and International Analyst (with a focus on political economy). He holds 9+ years of experience across the public sector, international organizations, and civil society. He has worked in several contracts with the European Union as a local agent in Bolivia and as an international consultant in Electoral Observation Missions. He served with London Politica (LatAm division), developing political risk analysis and lithium sector dynamics assessments across the Andean region. He collaborated on the Kupper project, articulating engagement between Amazon Web Services, Public Policy Advisors, and Bolivia's public sector. He has worked as advisor within Bolivia’s Congress (lower chamber and in the Senate), and is a Chevening Scholar of the UK Government, a program focused on leadership development.
